TASTE OF ITALY - Passata Making Workshop (28/4/19) @ Quercus Kitchen

The difference between Passata and tomato paste, or tomato sauce is the consistency.  Passata is a thick liquid that has a deeper flavour.

Enjoy learning how to make 3 delicious types of Passata from scratch with Resi – our Italian Cooking Workshop Tutor.

You will also take some home with you.  You will be supplied 2 new glass jars each.

Feel free to bring along some wine or other beverage to enjoy during the Workshop.
