Come and try one of the following activities:
Table Tennis – Increase your fitness, co-ordination and concentration in a relaxed friendly environment.
Tai Chi – This is an ideal activity to improve your balance, core strength and relaxation.
3 pm – Afternoon tea will be provided for both groups at which time a video showing excerpts from the regular BEAT training sessions (Aerobic/Weights/Strength & Balance) which run on Monday and Wednesday mornings.
