Sunday 8th September 12pm – 2pm Anni shows you great ways to feed a family. Foods rich in complex carbs, from the base for easy, tasty, filling nutritious meals for everyone to enjoy. Changing our eating patterns to include just one plant based meal a day can make measurable improvements to health. Those eating healthy vegan or vegetarian diets fare better than those eating even a healthy omnivorous diet. In the next two classes run by Plant based Health Advocate, Anni Turnbull, she shows you how to change to a more plant based diet with simple delicious recipes, shopping tips and support, so that you can improve your diet for health and longevity.”

Sunday 13th October 6pm – 9pm Amandhi will be teaching you how to make your own Yum Cha style dumplings. You can then sit down and enjoy the meal with the class. Bring your own wine/beer and enjoy!  This very popular workshop is one not to be missed. Book early to avoid disappointment.

Explore the Mediterranean flavours without compromising on taste. We will be cooking our own meal, so bring along a drink of your choice to enjoy with your food.

Saturday 30th November 6pm – 9pm A night out with Mexican dishes. Hands on cooking where you enjoy the fruits of your labour afterwards with dinner. Take home all recipe’s so you can recreate them at home for the family. Bring along some tequila for a real Mexican experience. BYO drinks.
