The evidence that plant based diets are health supporting is consistent across all types of research, particularly in regard to whole plant foods.  Changing our eating patterns to include just one plant based meal a day can make measurable improvements to our health and wellbeing.  Those eating healthy vegan or vegetarian diets fare better than those eating even a healthy omnivorous diet. This series of Workshops show how to make the change to a more plant-based diet with simple and delicious recipes, shopping tips and support, to improve your diet for health and longevity. Anni Turnbull is a passionate advocate for the health benefits of plants, having completed a Certificate in Plant Based Nutrition through E-Cornell University. Over the next 4 Workshops (second Saturday of each month), Anni will entice you with the delicious flavours and textures plant based cooking offers.  Workshop No.4: “SNACKS FOR SATIETY” – Filling and Healthy veggies, dips and sweet treats.   Sunday 14 July 2019 from 12pm to 2pm Enjoy eating what you’ve created!
