Saturday 2nd November 6pm – 9pm Come along a journey through Asia, and enjoy a mix of dishes heady with flavour. This hands-on class will be enjoyed as dinner after the class. All recipes will be supplied so you can recreate delicious Asian food at home for family and friends. BYO drinks. Menu: Vietnamese rice paper rolls with dipping sauce, Agedashi tofu, Sugar cane prawns, Dan Dan noodles with pork and preserved vegetables, Chicken wings with honey and soy sauce, Mixed vegetables and Bananas in coconut milk.

Sunday 3rd November 2pm – 4pm With Christmas around the corner, this is the perfect workshop to learn how to make a Christmas present with a difference.  You will learn how to bake amaretti, cantucci and abbracci biscotti, as well as how to make a gorgeous origami box to present them in as a Christmas gift.

Changing our eating patterns to include just one plant based meal a day can make measurable improvements to health. Those eating healthy vegan or vegetarian diets fare better than those eating even a healthy omnivorous diet. This workshop run by Plant based Health Advocate, Anni Turnbull, she shows you how to change to a more plant based diet with simple delicious recipes, shopping tips and support, so that you can improve your diet for health and longevity.”

Saturday 30th November 6pm – 9pm A night out with Mexican dishes. Hands on cooking where you enjoy the fruits of your labour afterwards with dinner. Take home all recipe’s so you can recreate them at home for the family. Bring along some tequila for a real Mexican experience. BYO drinks.
