Quercus Beechworth believes sharing a meal helps bring people in our community together. Meals are prepared and served in the spirit of co-operation by community volunteers with people coming together to share a meal and engage in conversation. The Community Sharing Feast is a way for residents, both young and old or new to the area to meet up with people they know or make new friends. Take the night off from cooking to enjoy a free and nutritious meal open to all the community. We use produce from the community food garden and donated food from the Albury/Wodonga Regional FoodShare for the feast. Community Sharing Feast is an alcohol free event.  Bookings are essential so make sure you book early to avoid missing out. Dates are available on our Online Calendar, at the Quercus Community Bookshop. Bookings are essential by calling us on 03 5728 2386 or clicking here for bookings

Albury-bred, Melbourne-based, singer/songwriter, Georgie Currie brings her debut EP ‘Flowers for Your Worst Days’ to the Burke Museum. Georgie is familiar to audiences as the lead singer of ten-piece outfit, The Northern Folk. Having recently begun her solo career, Georgie’s songs blend the broken, intimate fears of youth with a vocal intensity beyond her years. Lyrically and harmonically mature, she paints portraits remarkable as much for their emotional power as their vulnerability. Amongst the intimate setting of the Burke Museum at Beechworth, this is an event not to be missed. Featuring bar by Billson’s 1865.
