The difference between Passata and tomato paste, or tomato sauce is the consistency.  Passata is a thick liquid that has a deeper flavour. Enjoy learning how to make 3 delicious types of Passata from scratch with Resi – our Italian Cooking Workshop Tutor. You will also take some home with you.  You will be supplied 2 new glass jars each. Feel free to bring along some wine or other beverage to enjoy during the Workshop.   4 hour Workshop – Sunday 28 April 2019, 4pm to 8pm Cost:  $55 pp (including all ingredients and take home jars)
