Landscape Painting with Ellen Michel 10:00 am
Landscape Painting with Ellen Michel
Feb 2 @ 10:00 am – Feb 3 @ 4:00 pm
Ellen will demonstrate her ideas for capturing light and dark and will teach how to enchant the viewer with your own particular vision while using a variety of techniques. Ellen’s own body of work continues to thrive because she loves combining teaching and painting and sharing the pain and ecstatic joy of creating a work of art. Ellen trained as a tonal realist specializing in oils and for over 35 years this has proved to be a wonderful foundation from which to develop her own unique painting style.

AUDITIONS for BOMBSHELLS’
Feb 24 @ 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm
Book to collect an audition pac and a time slot. Bombshells exposes six women balancing their inner and outer lives with humour and often desperate cunning. They range in age from a feisty teenager to a 64 year old widow yearning for the unexpected. “The women I have written about in Bombshells struggle sometimes hilariously, sometimes tragically, to bridge the chasm between the wilderness of their inner worlds and the demands of their outer worlds. And humour in the end is our saviour.” Joanna Murray –Smith.
