Changing our eating patterns to include just one plant based meal a day can make measurable improvements to our health and wellbeing. Those eating healthy vegan or vegetarian diets fare better than those eating even a healthy omnivorous diet.
This series of Workshops show how to make the change to a more plant-based diet with simple and delicious recipes, shopping tips and support, to improve your diet for health and longevity.
Anni Turnbull is a passionate advocate for the health benefits of plants, having completed a Certificate in Plant Based Nutrition through E-Cornell University.
Over the next 4 Workshops (second Saturday of each month), Anni will entice you with the delicious flavours and textures plant based cooking offers.
