Are you a handy person? We are on the lookout for people who are interested in joining Quercus as we establish a Repair Cafe in Beechworth. Repairs cafes have been established around the world to encourage people to fix rather than toss away everyday items. Volunteers teach people how to repair their items, so they not only walk away with a fixed item but hopefully the knowledge to have a go themselves in the future At this meeting we shall explain the expectation and role of the repairers, and provide information about how the Repair Cafe will work. Please let us know by return email if you would like to attend this meeting.
